Twisted ©

It’s Friday and I am back.
Did you think you were going to get rid of me that easy, BUT I am back in my cough syrup induced coma?
It seems from this position you can understand the last post a lot better.

Let’s see how this year is going so far.
I’m sick with something I got from my SIL.
The woman is a regular flu magnet.
If there is a new strain of flu, she’ll get it first and spread it around so fast no one will know what hit us until it’s to late.

So it’s to late, I’m sick.
I’m stoned on a cough syrup I got last year that was for a chest infection.
It’s a pretty green color and looks real cool when you look at it in the spoon.
Oh yeah, I gave up on drinking it from the bottle, life was getting to weird.
I think I smoked a joint with Jimi Hendrix last night.

I’m stoned on pot, when I can actually smoke a joint without coughing the stuffing out of the rolling paper.

And I’m high on nicotine.
Did I tell you I quit smoking?
Tobacco that is.
Yeah…… this is the forth time I am taking a shot at it.
The longest I managed for last time was a year, this time I am shooting for forever.
So I got a patch on my arm.
You don’t want to know what it’s like to be in my head right now.

Tomorrow morning I am supposed to wake up at 8 am and go next door to help my parents make fried bread.
They said I could be the fryer.
That’s the guy the gets burnt by a million little flying specks of oil that hop out from the frying pan at a rate of 100 a second like a swarm of bees.
I better wear a long sleeve shirt this time.

But there is nothing like eating fresh, crunchy bread with feta cheese in the morning or the smell of freshly baked or fried bread, so I’ll there.

I think the most of the weekend I will just lay in bed or on the couch and read this new book I bought called “Bud Inc”.
It’s about how the marijuana industry got started in Canada.
Hey, it was on sale for a dollar.
Personally I can’t see how these people got anything done stoned on pot all the time.
All I want to do it lay down and do nothing after a joint.

This is the last week of the holidays for me as Tuesday is John the Baptist day, a holiday we celebrate in our house and Russian Orthodox Christmas as my kids celebrate it.
Yeah my ex is Russian.
Way back when the Americans were thinking “Bomb em” I was thinking “Fuck Em”
I still haven’t figured out which was better.

My whole week has been one big fucked up mess with the holidays in the middle and almost every day felt like it was Monday or Sunday.
Hopefully I’ll all be better next week and everything will back to normal or whatever the fuck normal is.

I hope you all have a great weekend.

Maybe if I rolled up the pages of the book and smoked them they will be better

Every time I smoke a joint I also only want to lay around and do nothing OR I get incredibly horny. Either way I'm screwed....LMAO. Good luck with the no smoking Walker. It's now 8 days for me but the cravings are starting to hit so I got a patch too. Mine's on my butt....don't ask me why. I just thought it would be a good place to put it, you know somewhere out of sight, where I won't be thinking about it all the time. So who do you think will crack first....you or me? Let's have a little competition and see who can last the longest. What do you think?

Hope you start feeling better soon. I told you your SIL was evil.....

Hi Walker, I don't know why you have trouble quitting smoking (tobacco) its easy... I've done it dozens of times... thank the lord the last time stuck, about 15 years ago now.
Good luck to both you and Gypsy it would be good if neither of you won that bet.
