Stairway To Somewhere ©

So what do you bunch do at 3 am when you’re drunk and stoned?

I play loud music.
I can you know.
It helps when you live next door to deaf people.

My parents never complain.
My mother especially like when I have the bass cranked and the house is vibrating.
She says it’s the only way she could enjoy the pleasures of a vibrating bed unless my father is snoring.

I have been playing with my new cell phone to.
I got to do a post about that sometime next week.
It takes pictures and movies.

Yeah
Yup.…….. yup, yup, yup
I was sitting here bored the other night filming me getting a hard on.
They say that TV adds 10 pounds to you.

The guy who said that must have been using a wide screen.
I needed a magnifying glass to see it on the cell phone and I use the zoom.
How far are you supposed to stand away from the phone?
I was also a little shaky at the end to because someone phoned me and I had it on virbrate.
Really I did.

The manual says I could send this to someone to.
Hmmmm
Does anyone have Halle Berry's cell phone number?

OH OH

Stairway to heaven just came on the radio.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…………

Do you remember the first time you heard it?
I do.

Do you remember the first time you danced to it?
I do.

Do you remember that person’s name?
I don’t, I was just trying to grab some strange chick’s ass.

I think I was 16 and at a high school dance at some other school.
It was around this time I had gotten into the hard rock, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and the list goes on but Stairway to Heaven was it’s anthem.

I had smoked a couple of joints with the guys and had a couple of shots of Gilbey’s Lemon Gin.
I was in the shadows watching everything that was happening around me and on the dance floor when.
Stairway To Heaven came on and something inside me pushed me forward out of the shadows and into the crowd.

I don’t know if it was the music, the words or Robert Plant’s voice.
Maybe the combination of them all.
The closer I got to the dance floor the louder it got and the louder I wanted it to be.
I needed to get closer to the speakers so I could feel the vibrations through my body to fully comprehend and feel the emotion of the singer.

I looked to the side of the dance floor and saw a girl standing there by herself so I walked over and asked if she wanted to dance then we both walked off under dim lights and closer to the large speakers in the front.

We moved close and carefully touched each other and slipped into the fog of notes as it spilled out of the speakers.
We swam with the words and the music pushed us farther and deeper into a mystic dream.
Swept away into the river of life without a life line just some strange girl you never met before in your life until now.

The song begins caressing you with soft waves of music, drawing you in, then slowly it picks up the beat as both of you pull closer, not out of love but fear.
Fear of falling down with the weight of what the future might hold.
Your heartbeats surge into a frenzied burst of life as we travel through time with the song until it comes to a climax then gently leaves you clutching each other looking deep into the eyes of your partner wondering…….thinking.

”If she was a little taller, I could probably reach her butt”.

I never did see her again and probably wouldn’t recognize her 5 minutes after we parted but I will never forget her because she was the first one I dance with to “Stairway To Heaven”..

Enjoy he video and if you can, grab some butt.
If anyone says anything just tell them, Walker said it was OK.

Have a nice weekend.

When I hear that title, I think of another song I love,' Spirit in the sky, .... that's where I'm going when I die.... ' But this isn't the same. I was more into sappy italian love songs, I could feel sad to and Disco for dancing, but I danced to any music, not really to grab ass, just because I loved dancing.

I LOVE Stairway to Heaven, it's one of my all time faves.

I remember the first time I danced to it and who it was with. It was a guy called Colin who I'd had a crush on all through High School. I couldn't believe my luck when he asked me to dance and the memory is still very sweet. He even kissed me during the slow part....ah the memories.

Sadly he hung himself five years ago but I will never forget the first night I danced to Stairway to Heaven and who it was with. Thanks for the memory Walker.

Have a great weekend.

The first time I heard 'Stairway to Heaven' I was in love with a Catholic guy I wasn't allowed to date. We were on the phone talking when it came on the album he was listening too. He asked me to go steady. I was on my stairway right up to heaven.

Who doesn't love Stairway to Heaven? It doesn't have any special connotations for me but it's a one of the all time great songs around at that time...or any time.

You are going to hate me but Stairway to Heaven is one of the songs I HATE. It brings out a dark melancholy feeling in me that I really really don't like.
